Dispatch and Shipping Information

SHIPPING:

To make sure all our jewellery arrives safely and on time, we send all our jewellery tracked and insured.

Shipping rates are as follows:

UK and Ireland - Special Delivery (next day) £7

UK and Ireland - Second Class Signed-for (within 3 working days) £4

Europe - DPD (3-5 Days) £10

Rest of World (outside Europe) -

Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed For  (5-7 days) £15

Interlink Express Worldwide (3-5 days) £20 

All jewellery is sent out tracked and insured. If you would like us to ship your jewellery another way, please contact info@annabyers.com and let us know. We are happy to do things your way, but can't be held responsible for lost items that were sent using a non-tracked and insured service. 

DISPATCH TIMES:

Our items are produced in small quantities and while we do hold some stock that we can send out next day, many pieces on the site are made to order and may take up to a week to make. If you need something by a specific deadline, please email us an enquiry to info@annabyers.com first and let us know. We are able to turn things around quickly upon request, so it's always worth asking!
